We began in 2020 as an effort to serve the local church as the church served (in word and deed) their local community.

We serve with humility.

We are Christians who delight in working with the different branches of Christ’s church.

We work collaboratively.

Our work is focused on the greater-Long Beach area.

Meet the Team

Eric Marsh

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Eric has been a pastor in Long Beach for 25 years. He is currently an Associate Pastor at Parkcrest Christian Church alongside his role directing the LB Church Collective.
While serving in a previous pastoral role at Grace LB, Eric started Hope for Long Beach (HfLB), an effort to help churches be more externally focused. He also worked with several pastors to create PlantLB, a city-wide church planting collaborative started to encourage the multiplication of Christ-following communities for the good of the city.
Eric grew up in San Diego and met his wife (a proud ex-Texan) at Biola University. Eric and Sarah have five children and make their home in the Cal Heights neighborhood of Long Beach.
Eric likes to read, eat burritos, watch (and sometimes play) baseball, and be silly with his children. He is learning to pray and practice Ephesians 4:2 (growing in humility, gentleness, and patience).
Camille Jones

ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Camille currently works part-time as an Administrative Assistant at Grace LB alongside her role with the Long Beach Church Collective.
She has served with various organizations including Hope for Long Beach, Ugandan Lambs Association, Precious Lambs Preschool, and MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). A nurse by trade, Camille desires to see people in our city experience healing and hope.
Camille was born and raised in Long Beach (Go Jackrabbits!). She loves to cook, bake, and is passionate about all things food-related. Camille and her husband, Steve, have been married for 11 years and they have two small children who keep them very busy.
Dana Cochran

CONNECTIONS, PRAYER, & EVENTS COORDINATOR
Dana recently moved with her husband to Long Beach from Cincinnati, Ohio where they helped plant Vineyard Cincinnati Church. She has been on pastoral staff for over 35 years and has been highly involved with city transformation work.
Dana’s heart is to see churches collaborate to bring deep change and the Kingdom of God to our city. She is passionate about prayer and training others to live naturally supernatural lives.
Dana has been married to her husband, Jim, for 38 years and they have two wonderful kids and two grandchildren whom she is very excited to invest in. Dana loves boating, skiing, and almost anything outdoors.
Dean Fleischhauer

FINANCE & ORGANIZATION COORDINATOR
Dean is enjoying his retirement after a long career in corporate America with Price Waterhouse, Warner Communications, Inc. and, most recently, Epson America Inc. where he worked for 30 years. He earned his degree in Accounting from Indiana University and later received a Certificate in Executive Management from Claremont College.
Dean currently volunteers at the Long Beach Rescue Mission and as a board member at Angeles Crest Christian Camp and Tumaini International. Dean and his wife, Lois, have two grown children and currently make their home in Long Beach. Dean enjoys reading, golfing, and traveling.
