Rob Fisher

Rob directs Long Beach Church Collective’s grant efforts. He is an organizational consultant, leadership coach, and licensed marriage and family therapist. Rob’s vocational journey includes directing a faith-based non-profit organization, launching a business, building teams, shaping organizational culture, and navigating change. Rob appreciates the complexity of leadership and enjoys the opportunity to listen to, learn from, and support, encourage, resource, and celebrate leaders in their efforts to lead from a place of humility, generosity, courage, and faith.
